HOW DOES MOUSE KEY ALERTS WORK?

Mouse Key Alerts will notify you via text or email when available Magic Key reservations are found at Disneyland or California Adventure theme parks. Simply Create an Alert by choosing the date you want to reserve, which Magic Key you have, at which theme park you want to start your day and whether you'd like to receive your alert via email or text. Mouse Key Alerts will immediately begin looking for reservations and alert you as they become available - 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

When Mouse Key Alerts finds an open Magic Key reservation for your date and theme park, you’ll receive an instant notification via email or text (whichever you selected). Just click the link in the message to complete your booking on Disney’s website.

DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR MOUSE KEY ALERTS?

We offer one free email alert per account, per month. This alert will be automatically added to your account on the first of every month. You will only be able to have 2 free alerts in your account at a time, so be sure to use them. 

If you have run out of free alerts, or would like to receive text alerts, you will need to purchase alerts. We offer individual alerts at $5, or monthly subscriptions starting at $22.50/month.

CAN YOU BOOK A RESERVATION FOR ME?

No, Mouse Key Alerts cannot book theme park reservations or hold theme park reservations for you. Mouse Key Alerts only send you notifications when the requested date and theme park has an opening for a reservation. You will then need to book the theme park reservation using your Disney account.

AM I GUARANTEED A THEME PARK RESERVATION?

No, Mouse Key Alerts cannot guarantee how long a theme park reservation will remain available when we send an alert that we’ve found an opening that meets your criteria. Please note that even if you receive an alert, it may be booked by another person by the time you click the link in your alert. Don’t give up though! Mouse Key Alerts will continue searching for available reservations until the date you requested has passed.

I RECEIVED A THEME PARK RESERVATION ALERT BUT WASN’T ABLE TO RESERVE MY DATE. WILL I CONTINUE RECEIVING ALERTS?

Yes, you will continue to receive new alerts each time an opening is found, even if you’ve previously received an alert.

HOW OFTEN WILL I RECEIVE ALERTS?

You’ll receive an alert each time Mouse Key Alerts finds an available Magic Key reservation matching your alert settings.

HOW DO I STOP RECEIVING ALERTS?

Before you create your first alert, you’ll need to create an account. If you successfully booked your theme park reservation, you may want to stop receiving alerts for your date and theme park. You can remove alerts by logging into your account and clicking on the trash can button next to your reservation request. If you provided a phone number for SMS notifications, you can reply STOP to any Mouse Key Alerts text message to opt out of all alerts. Reply START to opt back in.

I FORGOT MY PASSWORD. HOW CAN I RESET IT?

You can reset your password by visiting the My Account page. If you are logged in, you will need to "Sign Out" and then on the login screen, you will click "Forgot My Password". If you are logged out already, you will simply click "Forgot My Password".


HOW DO I CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION?

If you signed up for one of our monthly recurring subscription plans, you can login and visit your My Account page to manage your subscription. To cancel, click "Cancel Subscription". You can cancel your subscription at any point, with no cancellation fees.


I'VE CANCELLED MY SUBSCRIPTION, HOW LONG ARE MY ALERTS GOOD?

Your alerts are yours! We will not remove your alerts from your account (with the exception of the free email alert per month, see above).
